[eeutee’s telegrams.] LONDON, June 18. A Pastoral Letter. The Right Rev. Edward McCabe, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Dublin, lias issued a pastoral letter to the Bishops and clergy of his diocese, urging the adoption of a moderate policy by the, people, and impressing upon them the necessity of abstaining from acts of violence. ST. PETERSBURG, June 18. Another MineA mine was discovered by the police to-day, and investigations are now being made with a view to discover the persons concerned in its construction, but up to the present time no definite information has transpired. PARIS, June 18. The Italians and the French. Telegrams are to hand from Marseilles reporting that further disturbances between the citizens and the Italian, residents have taken place there. Serious riots occurred to-day at the landing of another detachment of troops from the Tunisian territory who, on their march through the town, were insulted and maltreated by the Italians. The townspeople retaliated, and arms were freely used, and many persons were killed and wounded before order could be restored.
