[beuteb's telegrams.] MELBOURNE, June 14. The New Secretary. Mr Byron Moore has accepted the secretaryship of the Victorian Racing Olub. The Reform Bill. At a caucus of ministerialists held today it was decided, by 33 to 4, to abandon the Reform Bill. Oa Parliament reassembling to-day, Mr Berry made a statement in which he confirmed the announcement of the decision of the ministerial caucus. Sir Bryan O'Loghlen thereupon moved that another conference of the two Houses should be held en the Bill. A desultory debate followed, and still continues. Shipping. Sailed —Albion, for the Bluff, this afternoon. Arrived—Peninsular and Oriental Company's steamship Cathay, from Galle.
