A trial at Freiburg, in Baden, haa brought out the foot that Durlaoher Bros., o£ K:ppcnheim, in five months bought sufficient spirits of wine for the manufaoturo of 653,00» gallons of their wine, and enough tartaric acid for the fabrication of 494,000 gallon*. The court sentenced each of the prisoners to five months' imprisonment and te pay a fine of 200dol.
