In the Legislative Council to-day, the Reform Bill, as amended by the Assembly, came up for discussion, and, although no decision was come to, the tone 6f the debate showed that the majority of the members are determined to insist on 1 tho arasndmonto to the measure previously passed in the Council. ALBANY, June'9. Shipping. The P. and O. Co.’s steamship Cathay, with tho inward Suez mail, dated London, May 6 th, arrived in King George’s Sound to-day. The Royal Princes, Their Royal Highnesses Princes Albert Victor and George of Wales are passengers by the P. and O. Company's steamship Cathay, which left here to-day for Melbourne.
