PROPERTY SALE.
On Saturday last Messrs H. Matson AND Co. held an auction of properties. The large sale room was crowded to overflowing, and biddings were of a moat competitive character and verybrisk. The great attraction was Lancaster Park, viz.—s2 building sites situate on the Ferry road, near to the junction of the South snd East belts, and having the new cricket ground immediately in the rear.
