Or. 36p.; Selwyn, 117 a. ; Akaroa, 203 a.; Geraldine, 43a. Ir. 25p.; Waimate, 20a. Village settlement: Orari, deferred payments, 65a. Ir. Total acreage sold, 570 a. 3r. 21p. Total valne, £1664 7 s 9d. Befunds were made on account of former purchases in the amount of £137 5s 9d.
