[bsutku's teleqbams.] LONDON, May 14. Home Quotations. Consols are unchanged at 1021. New Zealand securities are unchanged, namely, Five per Cent. New Zealand 10-40 Loan, 104*; Five per Cent. (1880) Loan, 104§; ex div., Fonr-and-a-Half per Cent. (18791904) Loan, lOli. Adelaide and New Zealand breadstuffs are without quotable change. At the wool sale, to-day, 9900 bales were offered, making a total of 41,700 catalogued since the opening. The tone of the bidding was animated. The Bey at Bay. The news of the treaty signed between France and the Bey of Tunis has caused considerable astonishment throughout Europe. Irish Arrests. Several further arrests have been made in Ireland under the Coercion Act. ATHENS, May 13. Greek and Turk. Negotiations continue between the Greek and Turkish Governments regarding the proposed transfer of territory in Thesaly and Epirus to Greece. The Forte now attaches certain conditions to surrender, and the discussion upon thee* delays a conclusion of a formal convention between the two Governments. ROME, May 13. Gallia Italia; Divisor. There is a division of opinion in the Ministry as to the action which should be taken by Italy in view of the French position in Tunis. Several meetings of the Cabinet have been held, but no understanding could be arrived at, and the Liberal members of the Ministry have in consequence tendered their resignations to the Xing. ATHENS, May 14. Portable Policy. Notwithstanding the understanding arrived at last month between Turkey and Greece on the frontier-question, the Porte continues to despatch bodies of Turkish troops to districts in Thessaly, which, it was arranged, should form part of the extended Greek frontier. This action on the part of Turkey causes much uneasiness throughout Greec, and the sincerity of the Porte's undertaking is generally mistrusted. ST. PETERSBURG, May 14. ResignedThe names of the Ministers who have resigned, in consequence, it is supposed, of file Czar's proclamation, are—General Melikoff, Minister of the Interior; Count Abaza, Minister of Finance and Secretary of State; Baron Nicolai; and Privy Councillor Giers. The " Argus" to-day states that differences exist in the Ministry in regard to the Reform Bill, and that a Cabinet Council has been summoned for to-day to consider the amendments which havo been made in the measure by the Legislative Council.
