Wellington, May 9. The Wakatipu arrived at 10.30 last night. Left Sydney at 6 p.m. on the 3rd inst.. and had moderate northerly winds and fine weather until making Cape Farewell at 9 a.m. on Sunday. Thence had easterly wind and very thick weather through Cook's Straits. Passengers, for Lyttelton— Miss Cole, Mr and Mrs G. Hart and ehild, Messrs Calcutt and Maaon ; three in steerage.
