Irish. Land Bill. The Irish Land Bill was again under consideration in the House of Commons this evening. In the course of the debate, which took place, Sir Stafford Northcote made a speech forcibly condemning the measure. He further took occasion to denounce generally the policy of the Government, which he characterised as decidedly communistic in its tendencies.
