TO A CORRESPONDENT.
" A True Sympathiser," in a letter entitled Public Sympathy, writes a forcible appeal, urging similar views to those expressed in one of to-day's leading articles and in ''All or None's" letter. " A True Sympathiser " aptly pays : —" Let a subscription be started, by all means ; but let it be for all who need it, and not only for those who, by the showing of the secretary to the meeting, hare on income of £7O and £3O per annum."
