BREADWINNERS LOST IN THE TARARUA.

To the Editor of the Globe. Sib,—ln common with those who attended last evening's meeting in Durham street Wesley an school-room, I sympathise with the loss which the sad deaths of the Rovs. J. B. Richardson and J. Armitogo hove entailed on their bereaved families. For these, however, it appears that at least partial provision is already made. I would, therefore, ask why a national movement should not be promoted throughout New Zealand for a general assistance to all widows and children, whose oiroumstances may be suddenly straitened through the mishap to the Tararua. Yours, &0., ALL OR NONE.
