SUPREME COURT.

SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Friday, April 29. [Before his Honor Mr Justice Johnston.J His Honor hold r sitting in Chambers at 10 a.m, ASHTON V ORDnI). In this case his Honor made an order for taxing of accounts, as prayed. DISCHARGES. His Honor made orders of discharge in the following bankruptcy cases, viz. Re G. H. Sadler (Mr Slater), H. Moore (Mr Turnbull), K.LaNanze, Wm. Summerhayes (Mr Salter), Alfred Geo (Mr Stringer). CAMPBELL (PETITIONER) V CAMPBELL (RESPONDENT) AND ROSS (CO-RESPONDENT). _ This was an application for fixing trial of issues of fact tinder the Divorce and Matrimonial Causes Act. By consent the trial was fixed for May 16th, before the full Court at Wellington. Mr G, Harp®** for petitioner, Mr Joynt for respondent, and Mr Garrick for co-respondent. SHAND V SHAND AND OTHERS. Mr G. Harper applied herein for a decree in default of plea. His Honor made the order as prayed. HILL V. HILL. The trial of this case, which was also nnder the Divorce Act, was fixed before the full Court at Wellington, RE ALEXANDER GARLAND, DECEASED. Mr J. S. Williams applied herein for probate to Helen Garland, tho widow, and two executors named. His Honor made the order. RE DEED OP ASSIGNMENT OP J. G, lIAWKES. Mr G. Harper applied heroin for nn order declaring the deed of assignment to Thomas Brown Craig, as trustee, completely executed. His Honor granted the application. RE THOMAS DOWDLE, DECEASED. Mr G. Harper applied for administration herein to the widow. His Honor made tho order. RE ELIZABETH SI.MMONDS, DECEASED. On the motion of Mr Garrick, probate herein was granted to John Simmonds, ns sole executor. REGINA V MDRPHY, Mr McConnel submitted the special case agreed upon herein for transmission to the Court of Appeal. His Honor approved of the case as submitted. RE MICHAEL CARR, DECEASED. On the motion of Mr Izard, adminlßtrationJwas granted herein to tho widow. RE MUIR AND CRICHTON. Mr Slater applied herein for a summons to isano, calling on tho trustee to show cause why the debtor’s costs should not be paid. Order as prayed. RE THOS. BROOME, DECEASED. On the motion of Mr Slater, probate was granted to Decimns Dolamore, one of tho executors named in the will. RE FREDERICK THOMPSON, DECEASED. On the motion of Mr Thompson, probate herein was granted to Robert Luke Higgins, leave being reserved to Edward Dobson, the other executor r amed, to apply. RE JAMES DAVMOND, DECEASED. On the motion of Mr Joynt, probate was granted to H. Lake, one of the executors. RE SARAH JANE REED, DECEASED. Mr Thomas applied herein for administration to F. H. Bruges as tho attorney of C. P. Reed, the executor named in the will. His Honor made the order. RE PETITION OP u. CAIN AND OTHERS.

On the motion of Mr Button, the petition herein was referred to the Registrar.

BE THOMAS WOLLET, DECEASED. Mr Fcreday obtained an order herein for administration to Susan Wollet, widow of deceased.
