On tho House of Commons meeting today Mr Bradlangh again appeared at tho table to demand his right to take the oath. A motion was thereupon introduced that ho should withdraw, and another and animated debate took place on tho question. Mr Bradlangh however finally retired upon Mr Lahouchero announcing that he would introduce a Bill to permit him to tako the oath. It has sinco been announced that the Government will facilitate the passage of Mr Lahouchoro’s Bill. Shipping. The total probable quantity to ho offered, including that hold over from last sales, is 360,000. Further telegrams have been received from Algeria reporting that the French troops are rapidly advancing in Tunis. A severe fight has occurred with tho Tunisians at Kromiss, The latest news from Tunis is to the effect that tho French troops are continuing their advance, and have now occupied the town of Alkeffi without opposition.
