At the usual sitting of the Waste Lands Hoard held at Christchurch on Monday, April 25th, sales wore made as follows : —Ordinary: Ashley, 2a. 3r. 17p.; Alsaroo, 380 a.; Geraldine, 3a. 2r. 24p. Total acreage Bold, 386 a. 2r. Ip. ; total value, .£773 Os 3d. Refunds were made on account of former purchases in the amount of £1 15s.
