[eetjteb's telegeams.] MELBOURNE, April 26. Prize "Wine. The committee on awards of the International Exhibition has awarded the Emperor of Germany's special prize to Messrs De Castolla and Rowan, of St. Hubert's vineyard, for Australian wines. There were thirteen competitors for the prize.
Weather. The Intercolonial Meteorological Conference continues its sittings. It has been decided to arrange for the exchange of weather-telegrams between New Zealand and Australia.
SYDNEY, April 26 Fan Tan.
The police made a successful raid last night upon a Chinese gambling house. Twenty-nine Chinamen, who were taking part in the game, were arrested.
