The barque Romeo, for the United Kingdom, was towed to sea this morning. The barque Mennock, for the same destination, was to be taken out on the tug's return. The ship Marlborough, for London, will be cleared at the Customs this afternoon. The s.s. Star of the North arrived on Thuraday night from Westport, with a cargo of coal. The barque Romeo has cleared for the United Kingdom and the Firth of Lome, for London direct, both laden with Canterbury produoo by Aksrs Royse, Stead and Co. and Messrs P. Gmratngham and Co. The barque Mennock, despatched by the New Zealand Shipping Company, went out into the stream yesterday, preparatory to leaving for London. The Westfa, for Falmouth, on account of Messrs Royse, Stead and Co., also went to the stream. The next trip of the steamer Jane Douglas for Kaikoura and advertised ports, will be made from here about next Tuesday.
