The usual Easter Monday review was held to-day at Brighton. Twenty-five thousand volunteers took part in the proceedings. ROME, April IS. Adverse Voting. Signor Cairoly and his colleagues have withdrawn their resignation, which they tendered in consequence of an adverse vote of the Chamber of Deputies, and have again resumed the government of this country.
