[eeutee’s telegrams.] ATHENS, April 16. The Greek QuestionA large meeting of the people took place here to-day, in consequence of the action of the Government in accepting the proposals lately made by the Porte for the settlement of the frontier question. The matter was discussed in excited language, and speeches were made denouncing the policy of the Government. The agitation is increasing throughout the country. CALCUTTA, April 16. The Ameer. The force despatched by the Ameer to Candahar has arrived there, and the Governor appointed by him was installed to-day.
