[REUTER’S TELEGRAMS.] CALCUTTA, April 18. Candahar. Intelligence has been received from Candahar that the evacuation of tho city by the British garrison has commenced. A report is current, however, that, although the troops will he withdrawn from Candahar, several British regiments will permanently occupy Chaman and Bisheon Valley.
