Tho Customs duties collected at Christchurch on Monday, April 11th, were ns follows : —Spirits, £206 17s lOd ; tobacco, £126 12s 3d ; wine, £3B 19s ; sugar, £4 13s 4d ; ten, £55 6s Sd ; goods by weight, £lO3 9s 4d; ad valorem, £49 14s. Total, £64114s sd. At tho usual sitting of the Waste Lands Board, Lcld at Christchurch, on Monday, April 11th, sales were made as follows :— Ordinary: Ashley, 61a 3r lOp; Solwyn, 6a 2r 25p; Akaroa, 860 a; Geraldine, 29a. Total acreage sold, 957 alr 35p. Total value, £1914 18s 9d. Refunds on account of former purchases were made in the sum of £1 2s 3d.
