A bulletin issued this evening, reports that Earl Beaconsfield is now regaining strength, and making progress towards recovery. A Dissatisfied Irishman. Mr John Dillon, M.P. for Tipperary’ has written a letter denouncing the Irish Land Bill in strong terms. CAPETOWN, April 11. The War. Nows has been received from the Transvaal stating that the Boers have admitted that the surrender of the British garrison at Potchefstroom on the day on which the treaty of peace was signed, was brought about by treachery on the part of the attackers, and the surrender has accordingly been rescinded.
