Messrs Shaw, Savill and Gc.’s well known ship Crusader arrived off tbe Lizards on February 4th, and anchored in ibo Downd.'two days later. The ■ Halciona made the ran home in 94 days from this port. The " Home Nows ” of February 24th has the soiling of the -Remington, 'from London for this port, on February 14th, ' Tlio date of the arrival of the Durham from here is stated to have been February llth, and the Opawa on tho 27th of the some month. Tho steamer Akaroa made a special trip on Thursday down to Akaroa for a cargo of cheese for tho ship Orari. She broaght up, in all, 360 coses, which she had collected from flvo hays in and around Akaroa Harbor. The cheese was transhipped to theOrari early yesterday morning. It is reported that a "ship resembling in appearance the Garidoch passed Otago Heads on Wednesday. Her agents, the New Zealand Shipping Company, areexpecting'her arrival from London every day. The Centurion is now on her way here from Port Chalmerc, and a ship in ballast, probably tho WeathersfloW, ■ was seen in Foveoux Straits a day or two ago, reported at Dunedin by tho s.s.
