Twenty persons have been arrested in Ireland on warrants issued by the Viceroy under the Coercion Act. The Irish Members AgainIn the House of Commons to-day a disorderly scen9 again occurred. Mr O'Donnell, the member for Dungarvon, was most unruly, and defied the Chair in violent language. He was then, by the Speaker's orders, suspended for the remainder of the sitting. LONDON, March 9. An Irish YankeeMichael Boyton, chief paid organiser of branches of the Land League, and who was one of the traversers in the recent State prosecutions, has been arrested in Ireland under the Viceroy's warrant. Boyton contends that, as he is an American subject, his arrest is illegal, and he claims the protection of the United States Government.
