OHRIBTCHTJBOH. Wednesday, Mabch 9. [Before J. P. Jameson, Esq., J.P.j Drunkenness. —For a first offence, a man was fined ss. Vagrancy. —J. E. Whitby, a colored man, was charged with having no visible means of support. The police said be had been camping out at the foot of Colombo road for the last two months. He sesmed to he halfwitted, had been in prison two or three times before, and appeared to be too lazy to work, living on alms. He was sentenced to furteen days’ imprisonment, with hard labor.
