NEW ZEALAND RIFLE ASSOCIATION.

[PBBBB ASSOCIATION TBIESBAM.] NELSON, March 7. The weather was duller to-day than on any previous occasion, and a few alight drizzling showers fell. Harding, of Oame.ru, in the ijadies' Prize match made 7 successive bull's-eyes at 300 yards, at an 8 inch bull's-eye. The South v North Carbine Match is not likely to take place, as the Southern men object to pay 10s per head entrance for a competition in which they have no chance, and the only prize for the members of tho losing team is £2 10f. Firing will probably be over on Wednesday. Many competitors leave to-morrow. There was no firing this afternoon, as an adjournment was made for the local races, which, however, were not very exciting or numerously atended.
