LATE CABLE NEWS.
[St TIXKaBAPH.J [Per s.s. City of Sydney, at Auckland.] LONDON, February 21. A great sensation has been caused by the discovery of a train of powder leading to Windsor Castle soon after the Queen’s return. Additional precautions nave been taken. Mr Parnell made a triumphant tour through Ireland, and everywhere met with an enthusiastic reception, comprising triumphal arches, flags, and a demonstrative welcome.
