Sandstein, who are proposed for re-election, and have given the requisite consent. 3rd. To consider, in accordance with Rnle No. 90, the resolution of last annual meeting, viz. That the following words be added to Rule No. 59: —That permanent shares shall be created, of the value of dCSO each, and that certificates shall be issued for such shares, or for each onefifth part thereof, on which dividends shall be paid half-yearly, in accordance with said Rnle No. 69, and that the rules relating to the withdrawal of Investment shares shall not apply to snch shares, or to the one fifth parts thereof.
