To consider, in accordance with Eule No. 90, the resolution of last annual meeting, viz.:—That the following words bo added to Rule No. 59 :—That permanent shares shall be created, of the vn! of .£SO each, and that certificates shall UT}' issued for such shares, or for each onefifth part thereof, on which dividends shall bo paid half-yearly* in accordance with said Rule No. f;9, and that tho rules relating to tho withdrawal of Investment Bharea shall not apply to such shares, or to the one fifth parts thereof.
