John Beaty, out on bail, charged with being drunk and indeoent exposure, did not appear. He was ordered to show cause why his bail should not be estreated. Wilful Damagh to Pbofbbty.—Tho caso againtt Eliza 'Olliver, adjourned from the 19th inst., was now struck out, the damage done by her having been made good.
