The Customs duties collected at Christchurch on Monday, February 21st, were as follows: Spirits, £32 Is 2d ; wine, £2B 9a ; sugar, .£74 14a 9d; tea, £l6 7a 8d; goods by weight, .£l7 4s lOd; ad valorem. .£lB7 16s ; other duties, £9 7s Gd. Total. £366 0a lid. At the usual sitting of the Waste Lands Board, held at Christchurch on Monday, February 21st, sales were made as follows : Ordinary : Ashburton, 9a 2r 13p; Geraldine, 46a ; village settlements, deferred payments, 2a. Total acreage sold, 57a 2r 13p. Total value, £126 3s 3d. Refunds on account of former purchases wore made in the amount of £39 13s.
