OHBISTCHUBOH. TUBSDAT, FbBBUABT 22. [Before B. Westenra and J.P.**.] Dbunkenhess.—Joanna Gallagher, a frequent offender, wag fined lOj or forty-eight hours" imprisonment. " '' Bmbbzzlbmbkt. Theophilus Vitruvin* Whitmore pleaded guilty to having appropriated to his own use monies, in sums of 3» 6d, ss, &0., to the amount of £4 ss, the pro* perty of the Ghristohureh Working Men's Club, of -which he had been secretary. He had nothing to say for himself, and was sentenced to six months' imprisonment with hard labonr.
Wxfb Dbsbbtion.—S. H. Biohards, on remand from Tirnaru, was remanded till tomorrow.
