The New Zealand Shipping Company’s ship Waimato will dear for London to-day and sail to-morrow. _ The Gatlin was loading for this port at Catha river last Monday. . , , The brig Fawn honoo, arrived at Newcastle on tho 2nd instant. Tho Candidate, one of tho grain carrying fleet announced to be dispotched the ensuing season by Messrs Boyne, Stead and Co. and P. Cunningham and Cj., loft Newcastle for this port on tile 16th instant. Tho Jasper loft this port for tho Mauritius on October 9tb with a fall cargo of produce, and ■wa* sixty-eight days on the passage up, extremely light winds having chiefly prevailed on tho voyage. On the homeward trip tho Jasper made tho Leuwin on January 27 th, and Tasmania was passed on February 6th, tho Snares being sighted on tho llth, the steamer Albion passed tho Jasper about 6 a.m. yesterday, six miles S.E. of Akaroa Heads, standing to tho southwards.
