MELBOURNE, February 17. A Recovered Ship. The ship Hereford, which was wrecked on January 10 Ih last on Cape Patton, has been successfully floated. The Reform Bill. It is rumored here that the Government intend to propose a Conference of both Houses of Parliament shortly for the special consideration of the Reform Bill, and in order to give an opportunity of effecting a compromise in dealing with that measure. SYDNEY, February 17. Military. A Commission has been appointed by the Governor to enquire into and report upon the military organisation of the colony. The New Field. The accounts from Temora goldfields continue to bo uniformly good. ADELAIDE, February 17. Arrived—Orient Company's steamship Aconcagua, from Plymouth.
