Village settlement, 3a. Total acreage sold, 106 a -Or 32p. Total value, £228 18s. Eefunda on acoount of former purchases were made in the Amount of £3l 4a 6d.

PEOPERTY SALES.

Mb Chahlks Clark offered at auction Sisterday, at his rooms, an eighth of an aero of ml in Colombo street south, Sydenham, with house of three rooms. The property failed to reach the reserve, £265, but offer within £5 of that amount waa received, and Bale will undoubtedly be made early this morning. At auction, on Wednesday last, he sold to Mr Chaa. Hurst, of Sonthbridge, tfcreo acres, part of tho township of Epsom, adjoining the Bace--oourse, at £sl 10s per acre -cash. This land •was unfenoed. In private salos ho reporta quitting, during last week, three sections at Addington for £500; cottage and small section at KTnightatown for £l2O ; two quarter-acres at Knightatown for £180; and section in Malvern township.
