Mails close at tbe Chief Post Office for tbe following places (subject to tbe necessary alterations) as under SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 12. For Northern Porta, per Penguin, at 7.30 pm. Tbe guard's van mnat not be naed for this mail. TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 15. For Otago and Australian Colonies, per Ringarooroa. SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 26. For United Kingdom, via San Francisco, &c., per Wanaka. The b.s. Stella will leave the Blnff for the West Coast Sounds about the middle of February. Note. —The day of the Port Levy mail service is altered from Friday to Tuesday of each SYDNEY J. DICE, Chief Postmaster.
