This was an action to recover £25, alleged to be due as extras on a contract for road making, whi A the plaintiff had from defendants. The examination of witness lasted over five hours, and ultimately judgment was given for the plaintiff for £ls Os 83. IN BANKRUPTCY. IN EB TIMOTHY HUBLBY. Mr O’Reilly applied for an order calling upon Frederick Pavitt to show cause whyho should not deliver up a reaping and binding machine to the trustee in the estate of Timothy Hurley. The order was granted, IN EE HBNBY CAPS-WILLIAMSON. Mr O’Reilly applied for an order for costs, which was granted.
