To receive the balance-sheet and Directors’ report for the past year, 2. To elect three Directors in the place of Messrs S. Manning, R. Sutherland and C. E. Briggs, who retire by rotation, and one in tho place of Mr J. V. Ross, who was appointed during the past year, and two additional Directors, according to No. XXII I. of the amended Rules.
