" Mizpah's" poem ia hardly up to the standard necessary to ensure its acceptance by a first class daily paper such as ours. In reply to the query of a publisher who would undertake the responsibility of the issue of a volume ot poems, we do not think there is, in all frew Zealand, one sufficiently public spirited to risk money in each an enterprise.
