STRANGE PROCEEDING.

To the hditor of the (J lobe. Sib, —As I was passing up Lower High street yesterday morning, I met a dark-haired young man, in a light drab suit, going at full speed on a bioyole on the asphalt. Several children, on their way to school, had to scramble into the road out of his way, thus placing themselves in danger from travelling vehicles. It will be a queer state of things if pedestrians are to be driven off the side walks by bicyclists. The authorities should look out for that young man. Yours, &c, CITIZEN.
