Also, on the same day, an Election will be held at the Borough Council Chambers, Lyttelton, of ONE duly qualified person to represent the Borough of Lyttelton on the Lyttelton Harbor Board, in the place of Mr Murray-Aynsley, whoso seat becomes vacant by effluxion of time.
