Friish nroposals have been made by the Turk sh Government for the settlement of the Gree'i frontier difficulty, to the effect that a conference of representatives of all the Greal, Powers should be held here at an early date, that the Greek Government should be invited to send delegates, and that the conference nhould be empowered to finally settle the questions at issue.
