[eeutek’s ielegeams.] LONDON, January 7. The Markets. Consols are unchanged at New Zealand securities—Five per Cent. 10 40 Loan, 104 ; Five per Cent. (1889) Loan, 108 J; Four-and-a-half per Cent. Loan, 98f, Adelaide and New Zealand breadstuffs remain at last quotations. The total quantity of wheat afloat for Great Britain is 1,240,000 quarters. Australian tallow—Best beef, 33s 6d; best mutton, 355. The total stock of tallow in London on the Ist inst. was 13,500 casks.
