BOMBAY, December 29. Native Troops for the Transvaal. It is announced that owing to forcements being required for the suppreasion of the Boer rebellion in Transvaal, a contingent of Indian native troops have been ordered to proceed immediately to Natal, and the necessary arrangements are now being made for tho despatch of the forces from this port without delay. BERLIN, December 29. Germany in the Pacific. j A report is current here that a squadron of the German Navy has been ordered to be got ready to proceed to the, Pacific in March next. No official information of the rumor, however, has yet been published.
