Mbssks H. Matson and Co. held their usual sale of properties on Saturday last at the Land and .Estate Sale Booms, Cnahel street. The attendance was large, but biddings wanted in spirit. The following properties were submitted : —Two sections in Wilson's old gardens, and with 50 links frontage on Cashel street by 100 links in depth, and Nos. 39 and 40 on the sale plan, realized .£9OO. One section in the same locality, with 50 links frontage on Bedford row with a depth of 100 links, realized .£350. The next that followed were seventy-one building sites situate on Lower Windmill road and running through to Selwyn street South. No. 1, fronting on the Windmill road, containing 20 perches. .£56 ; No. 25, containing 32 perches, £6O ; No. 26, containing 33 perches, .£6O ; Nos. 44 and 45, containing 33 perches, £56 each ; No. 69, containing 27 perches, .£3B ; No. 32, containing 20 perches, £37 ; Nos. 14 and 33, containing 20 perches each, £36 each ; No. 43, containing 20 perches, .£35 ; Nos. 5 and 6, containing 20 perches each, fronting on the Windmill road, £57 10s each ; No. 2, containing 20 perches, fronting on the Windmill road, £45 ; No. 3, containing 20 perches, fronting on the Windmill road, £4,4; No. 7, containing 20 perehea, fronting on the Windmill road, £4,1 ; Nos. 11,12 and 13, containing each 20 perches, £35 each; Nos. 8 anil 9, each containing 20 perches, fronting on the Windmill road, £4o los each; No. 10, containing 20 perches, £lO. Several other properties were submitted, but not reaching owners' price were withdrawn, but enquiries were made after the auction and sales are pending. Total realized, £2177.

Messes H. Matson and Co. sold privately on Tuesday two sections land situate in Madras street North, having a frontage of 87 links by 148 links in depth, for £350. Also, a section land in St. Asaph street Eist, having a frontage of 50 links by a depth of 250 links for £iso.
