The New Zealand Shipping Company's ship Waimata left London on October 23rd for this port, with twenty-seven passengers. She passed Deal next day, and was off the Isle of Wight on The Kuterpa left Gravesend on October 25th for Wellington, and the Coromandel on the 29th • the Margaret Galbraith for Auckland on the 29th, and the Palala for Otago October 30th.
