[eeuteb’s telegeams.] MELBOURNE, December 13. The Asutralian Eleven. The cricket match between the Australian Eleven and Victorian representative eleven was continued to-day. The latter continued their second innings, and were all disposed of for 145 runs. The Australians then went in for their second innings, and after losing two wickets for 24 runs, won the match by eight wickets. SYDNEY, December 14. Relics of Burke and Wills Three camels which belonged to Burke and Wills’ expedition in 1860-61, have been captured near Wilcannia, on the Darling River, in the North-west of this colony. BRISBANE, December 14. Bank ItemThe Queensland Banks have reduced their rates of interest on deposits to 2,3, and 4 per cent., for three, six, and twelve months respectively. Their rates of discount have been reduced to 6,7, and 8 per cent., for three and four months, and beyond respectively.
