In the divorce suit of Dibbs v Dibbs, the jury could not come to an agreement, and -were therefore discharged without giving a verdict. Obituary. James Punch, a well-known publics* and oarsman, who took Trickett to England in 1876, when the latter defeated. Sadler, has died at the age of forty years. MELBOURNE, December 7. Shipping.
