[eeutbb’s telegrams.] LONDON, December 2. The Markets. The total reserre in notes and bullion in the Bank of England is £14,750,000. The state of the wheat and tallow markets is dull. The Wool Sales. At the wool sales to-day 8800 bales were offered, making a total of 71,400 bales catalogued since the opening. The tone of the sale was weaker. The withdrawals to date are 5000 bales. The Trial of the land leaguers. Mr Parnell, on account cf the meeting of Parliament, has applied for the postponement of the trial of the Land Leaguers. It is proposed to send American lawyers to Dublin to defend their cases. The State of Ireland. Outrages in Ireland are still on the LONDON, December 3. The Berlin Treaty. Russia has consented to the proposal of England that the combined fleet should not disperse until the remainder of the Berlin Treaty is fully executed. CONSTANTINOPLE, Deo. 3. Dissolution of Albanian league. News has been received from Scutari that, owing to the settlement of the cession of Dulcigno to the Montenegrins, the Albanian League has now been dissolved.
