At the wool sales to-day 8200 bales were catalogued, making a total o£ 21,700 since the opening. A. better demand was shown than on the two previous days for the various lots offered. Irish AffairsHovember 26. It has transpired that at a Cabiaat Council held yesterday, it was decided by Ministers that it is unnecessary to adopt measures of coercion for the suppression of the prevailing disorder in Ireland, as Government has sufficient power under existing laws to deal with the agitation. It was, therefore, decided that it was not necessary to call Parliament together in December. It is understood, however, that Ministers have decided that when Parliament meets in the ordinary course, a Bill shall be introduced to deal with the Irish land question. The Cession of DulcignoCONSTANTINOPLE, November 26. Since the entry of Dervisch Pasha into Dulcigno renewed fighting has taken, place between the Turkish troops and the Albanian inhabitants of the town and surrounding district. The encounters have been most severe, and have resulted in heavy losses on both sides.
