CHRISTCaURCH. Thubbday, Novestbeb 18. [Before J. Birch, J. T. Brown, T. Cass, and D. Oaro, Esqrs., J.P.'s.] Dbtjnkbnnbss.—J. Terry, alias Terenoo McOuughton, was fined ss, and Andrew Johnston, who had a hone and cart in his charge when arrested, was fined 20s for this offence. Bbbakino into a Shop.—The boys Jurez and Armshaw, whose case of breaking into a fruit shop was heard on Friday last, were brought up again, and on their fathers entering into recognisances of £25 each for their appearance when called on, were dismissed with a caution, the Bench regretting it was not in their power to have them whipped or sent to Burnham.
